Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved just for you.
Please allow 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) will require a 50% fee before booking your next appointment.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
Digital payment accepted (Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or Card when present).
